  Cancellation and alteration policy:  
 

If you cancel your registration before August 8, 2010, refund will be made as soon as we have received your written notice (or fax). However, 20% of the registration fee will be deducted.

If you cancel your registration after August 8, 2010, no refund will be made.

We honor your application for alteration of forum participants only before August 8, 2010.
