> Industrial News > News   Navinfo Sues Careland for Infringement   Recently, Beijing Navinfo Co., Ltd. brought Shanghai Hao Ji Xing Digital Technology Co., Ltd., the manufacturer of “E Lu Hang” LH600 GPS Satellite Navigator as well as its dealer, Beijing Acorn Trading Co., Ltd., and ShenZhen Careland Information System Co., Ltd., the developer of “Careland Mobile Navigation System” to People's Court of Haidian District of Beijing Municipality for copyright infringement. The dispute can be dated back to November of last year, when Navinfo declared the “Careland Mobile Navigation System”, integrated in “E Lu Hang” LH600 GPS Satellite Navigator, which was sold by Beijing Acorn Trading Co., Ltd., had copied the digital navigation map of Navinfo.
