| TD-SCDMA: Mobile TV Standard Launched, High-Speed Broadcasting Supported |

As required by the Ministry of Information Industry, China Communications Standards Association (CCSA) has officially launched the drafting of the communications industry standard “General Technical Requirements for 2GHz TD-SCDMA MBMS”. The standard will normalize the network system framework, function, procedure, and billing management of TD-SCDMA MBMS service.
