> Industrial News > News   Careland Loses IP Infringement Case with RITU   Foshan Intermediate People’s Court Thursday made a new ruling on RITU’s suit against Careland about IP infringement. The court ordered the defendants Careland and its product dealers to stop producing and selling products that infringe IP of Cn-map of RITU and to destroy the unsold infringing products.
